Watch as Coach Dave Crowell explains and demonstrates countering a front headlock. There are two ways to counter a front headlock. #1 is a Drag Out, where you grab the elbow, pull, and climb toward it. Reach out and grab the elbow, taking a big step and drag out always going around the leg. #2 is a Shoot Through, where you pull the elbow down, shoot the head inside, and circle.
