What as Coach Brian Smith explains, and wrestlers demonstrate this 'block all points' drill. After you get your opponent flat and have a wrist, do not go for a turn right away, but think about blocking all points. Drive your shoulder into the opponent's shoulder and apply pressure while pitching the thigh with the legs. Post your free arm at the knee and move your head to the triceps. As the opponent fights to get free it is now easier to execute a turn.
