Watch as Coach J Robinson explains that you, as the coach, are responsible for keeping the team's attitude and spirit up. The coach must hold the image and build the culture when nobody else can believe and when there is no hope left. It takes time to reach this point.

J Robinson, National Wrestling Hall of Fame Member, founded JROB Intensive Camps in 1978 and has trained over 60,000 wrestlers with a unique philosophy focusing on physical prep, mental toughness, and life skills development. He was a former assistant coach at the University of Iowa, 3x NCAA Champion Head Coach at University of Minnesota, United States Olympian, and Vietnam Veteran. He used his training as an Army Airborne Ranger as the inspiration for his camp system. Sadly, JROB Intensive Camps closed in 2021, mainly caused by the pandemic and inability to relaunch.
