Pinning from the Fireman’s Carry with John Smith – Oklahoma St. Univ.

View more from the video provider • May 26, 2020 • By Championship Productions

Watch as Coach explains, and with a wrestler demonstrates pinning the opponent from a Fireman's Carry. This is a great move taking the opponent from their feet to the back but does not always end in a pin. When you finish the Fireman's Carry you must plant your hand on the other side of their body and then push off while rotating the hips. From this position, Coach shows several moves to get the pin.
