Watch as Coach Mike Poeta explains and demonstrates these 2 single leg drills. The partner will kneel with one leg down and Coach will hit a single to the leg that is down. Coach is close enough to the partner and will take the shot making sure to wrap the arm around to the knee, leaning, and getting around him. Repeat the drill with the partner switching the leg down. The partner is on his feet in the 2nd drill and when you hit the single, wrap the arm around the opposite leg. This ensures that your shoulder and head are in the correct position.
