Setting: Efficient Feet with Zach Weinberg – Univ. of Evansville

Watch as Coach Zach Weinberg explains, and players demonstrate this setting drill that trains efficient feet. This concept ensures the team will get the majority of killable balls. The Setter will first set themselves off two feet and then set to target keeping the right foot front. Next the setter will set to themselves out front and make sure feet get where they need to be. Finish the drill by setting backwards, Which is the most difficult. Coach wants the setter always starting by facing the pass with hands ready and emphasizes the importance of coming back to base every time.

Coach Weinberg was previously a coach at Tennessee Tech University.
