Watch as Coach Allie Yaeger explains, and players demonstrate this serve receive wave drill. This is a great drill to use after warmups as you can tie all your skills together. Servers and blockers start on one side and attackers and serve receive, along with the setter on the other. The libero will keep track of five good play opportunities and then yell "Wave" at which point everyone, but the libero, rotates. This is a drill that gets everyone involved and contributing.
