Preparation Stops When Competition Starts with Craig Skinner – Univ. of Kentucky

Watch as Coach Craig Skinner talks about the importance of preparation and explains that prep stops when the competition starts. Mid-game adjustments are fine, but if your players have not learned what is needed beforehand, it is too late. You should not be teaching on the fly as it will hinder performance.
