Watch as Coach Dan Meske explains, and players demonstrate this drill progression that works on middle attacking. Middles will control the pass by tossing to themselves then setting to the setter. This helps players to read the pass and to learn to adjust their approach as needed. Coach wants players focused on the types of hits available and hitting cross court to the big open part of the court.
