Watch as Coach Kate Wood talks about serve receive and when it matters the most. She discusses that as a coach, there are no perfect passengers and that you need to know your technique and what to teach specifically. You need to research, study, and know what you are teaching at a high level to help your team succeed. She suggests committing to 2 or 3 passing drills for the season. She says that you should respond with purposeful feedback for each rep. Also, give your athletes playoff feedback so leading up to and during playoffs they know what they need to improve on and what they are doing well.
