Watch as Coach Emily Kohan explains, and players demonstrate the High Hands Pepper Drill. This pin-focused drill works on hitting the ball off the top of the block. Coach encourages players to challenge themselves, swing away, and play aggressive. Besides killing the ball, being blocked on your side of the court is the most effective thing attackers can do, as it gives your team the opportunity to win the point.
