Social Media Tips with Haley Percell – Chief Legal Counsel, Oregon School Boards Association

June 7, 2022 • By Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Insider

Haley Percell offers the following social media tips for a coaching staff: Have separate private (family and friends) and public (professional) accounts when it comes to social media. Always avoid political posts as well as sharing other people's posts. If you decide to be friends with students, it should be an all or nothing approach. Be available to everyone and not just a select group.
