Watch as Coach Jennifer McHugh explains how her athletes incorporate strength training into their reflexive training with resisted sprinting. They use speed sacks in her program, but you can also use chains or sleds. This puts them in a perfect sprint posture as they are strength training. Distance and load are also factors that create options for resisted sprinting. She notes that all of her athletes who go through this training get faster based on actual data. Coach will also discuss velocity decrement in detail.
