Watch as Coach Michele Biffle explains, and infielders demonstrate the Triangle and X Drills. The Triangle Drill has the players working in groups of three with two on the baseline and one fielder. The shortstop will field the ball and throw it to 2nd base and that player throws to 1st base. The players rotate and you determine how many reps you want. The X Drill is similar except the 2nd baseman will field the ball and throw across their bodies to the shortstop covering 2nd. This is a good drill for conditioning and multiple reps.
