Watch as Coach Larry Wooten explains, and a batter demonstrates this unique top hand tee drill. The batter will have a ball in her hand and be in a throwing position making sure to raise the backside heel. She throws the ball at the ball on the tee making sure to hit the ball or come inside of it. The focus is to drive the elbow in to the mid-section and to drive the shoulder all the way through like they were throwing a punch, making sure to keep the inside the ball.
