Watch as Coach Megan Rembielak explains the long toss throw progression. This warmup consists of 10 reps of slow throwing formation that first starts with getting the separation between the lower and upper half of the player's body. Then, maintaining this formation while staying loose as they practice a slow, u-shaped throw. This progression can be completed either on the player's knee or standing square to their partner.
