Watch as Coach Kelly Inouye-Perez explains that the catcher has two options on a passed ball. Depending on the situation, the catcher can use either an under-hand or back-hand toss. Be sure to open up and show the ball so the pitcher can see it on the under-hand toss. Lead with the elbow and the arm should not go higher than the shoulder on the back-hand toss.
