Watch as Coach explains and shows clips of these "B" Hack hitting drills. "B" Hack situations are when the batter is in the fighting mode usually against two strikes. The Knee Drill involves taking the legs out and working to stay behind the ball. The Box Drill works on stabilization and single leg squats. The Hook 'Em Drill involves hitting weighted balls while wearing a core velocity belt. The 3 Plate Drill is focused on the 0-2 count and just staying alive.
