The 1st round involves throwing the ball up in the air as high as possible then backpedaling and as the ball hits the ground the players are fielding the ball and throwing it to their partners. Round #2 is the same as round #1 but after the players throw the ball in the air, they will do a burpee then field the ball and throw it to their partner.
