With these drills, the pitcher can work on their fastball, change up, or a movement pitch. Coach will detail two examples of the 1-to-1 Drill, working on balance and the Over the Rope Drill (elastic), working on timing and aggressive leg drive. Each pitcher should take 10 - 15 reps on each drill.
