Watch as Coach explains, and infielders demonstrate this reaction drill. One player will be in the middle with her glove facing a thrower with a ball. The player must get in a good defensive stance and receive a ground toss, flip it back, pivot and repeat the process with the other player. The goal is to build aggression and quickness with body and hand position.
