Watch as Coach explains, and players demonstrate the 'Swing the Wings Drill'. The point guard must keep the ball in the lane extended and not choose a side. The bigs cut to the block and set a down screen as the wings swing. After the wings clear, the screener will flash up to the high post, receive the ball, and execute a back cut with the wing. If the wing is covered, pivot to the inside and be able to drive or pass to either side.
