Watch as Coach Tom Izzo discusses and players demonstrate box out technique with this rebounding drill. The defensive player on a shot will attack the offensive player making contact. The offensive player will take two steps toward the basket and work to get even with the defensive player. It is important for the defensive player to find the ball after the box out.
