Watch as Coach Jeff Boals explains, and players demonstrate this defensive kill drill. The objective is for the defenders to get 3 stops in a row without using their hands for the first 20 seconds. The offensive players can pass and move while the defenders must jump to the ball and communicate on screens. After the first 20 seconds, the defenders can use their hands but if the offense scores, the drill starts from the beginning.
