Defensive Vitamins Closeout Drill Luke Yaklich – University of Illinois at Chicago

'Defensive Vitamins' are drills that you practice two to three minutes daily. The goal is to work on choppy feet and how you are going to execute closeouts. The offensive player will take one or two dribbles and the defender must move their feet and guard the ball without fouling.
