Watch as Coach Chris Holtmann explains this defensive tunnel drives drill that works on lead steps and moving the feet. The offensive player will drive the ball and the defender is in a stance with their hands behind their back. The defender has their chest out and they are lead-stepping, moving their hips. The offensive player will drive to the paint and pivot as the defender walls him up. The offensive player becomes the defender, and a new offensive player starts the tunnel drive.
