Watch as Coach Nicole Levy explains and demonstrates several options when shooting in tight versus a defender. In a post up situation, lean into the defender and when they push back use the push to create separation and shoot off the back foot. This allows for the freeing of the hands to make the shot. Coach will also discuss slowing the feet down to assist with deception and using bounce shots off the crease.
