Watch as Coach Michelle Tumolo explains and demonstrates this high-rep inside shooting drill. The drill focuses on catching the ball and shooting, utilizing both hands. The player attacks a cone and receives a pass and shoots, then backpedals to the starting position. They will repeat the process in the opposite direction shooting with the other hand. Each player should get eight reps before switching out.
