Goalie: Using a Resistance Band to Control Excessive Movement with Amy Rhodes – Niagara Univ.

January 22, 2024 • By Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association

Watch as Coach Amy Rhodes explains and demonstrates how to help correct unnecessary goalie movements using a resistance band. The band is a physical reminder to the goalie to not go out so far. It is also good for goalies that need to work on taking the proper angles. Goalies are at their best when they are still, and the band can help those with happy feet that are moving too much.
