Watch as Coach Ron Bellamy explains and shows practice clips of stacking a DB. The receivers are executing different releases working on getting to a stack position. A DB, using a press technique, is trying to widen the receiver and impede them by stabbing their outfield shoulder with their hand. A receiver must use a shed technique to get free of the DB's hand and gain some separation. Using a punch, the pec technique is another way to get to a stack position.
