The Servant Leader Summit with Stan Laing – Northside ISD (TX)

July 12, 2021 • By Texas High School Athletic Directors Association

Stan Laing explains that 25 to 30 high school student-athletes from 12 high schools are invited each year to participate in the Servant Leader Summit. The invited athletes are influencers that have the qualities in which they can share what they learn at the summit with teammates. Dynamic speakers participate in the summit discussing what it means to be a servant leader and the attendees are asked to come up with a game plan on how they will serve their teammates, school, middle schools, and community.
