Jake Escobar explains several new things that he has implemented at his school that have been successful for the entire community over the past year. #1 is having the high school athletes greet the middle and elementary school students at the beginning of school every Friday morning. This is a big hit with the students and parents and is all over the community via social media. #2 is having home visits or meetings with individual parents which can develop relationships and present an opportunity to cover expectations and review the athletic handbook.
