Jennifer Frazier explains that in today's environment, a big issue is dealing with extreme fan behavior and parental expectations. She mentions that for this Fall she is going to record a short video of herself discussing the importance of positive behavior at games that every head coach will be required to play at their parent meetings. She also discusses safety and security at athletic events and the steps she and her department have taken to identify and strengthen potential problem areas.
