Wrist Off the Head or Over Tie to the Shot with Myles Martin – Scarlet Knights Wrestling Club

Watch as Coach explains that when collar tied, he does not like to be squeezed up as it slows him down. He slips the collar tie by dropping his chin and chest then takes the wrist off the top of his head to get to his shot.
