Watch as Coach Chris Pendleton explains and demonstrates how to use underhooks effectively. If the opponent is coming at you and goes for your head, Coach believes in making them pay. He demos several moves and explains that he prefers to keep the head high as it gives more opportunities and makes you feel more in charge. If the opponent is not engaging and keeping their hands down, he demos the punch go, wrist roll go, and the lazy shot go. He discusses working your individual tree and how important communication is as you do so.
