Watch as Coach Kevin Ward explains that his team starts every practice with stance and motion warmups. He feels that stance and motion is an exaggeration of what an individual will do in competition. This is great for getting the legs and body warmed up and coach wants to hear your feet on the mat. If he can't hear them, you aren't working hard enough. He stresses that wrestlers should be visualizing an opponent during this warmup.
