Watch as Coach explains and demonstrates sparring for position in a practice session. The wrestlers are working on everything they would do in a match but at a slower speed. They are focusing on their stance, head position, and inside tie. Another option is for one wrestler to work on clearing ties while the other works on getting to his tie.
