Watch as Coach Mark Branch explains, and wrestlers demonstrate these quick shots and stay in the shots drills. These are great for getting the wrestlers focused before practice. The focus with quick shots is on the shot and not the setup. The wrestler will take full shots but no finishes. Hit a shot and pop out, staying in a good position then attack the opposite leg. The stay in the shot drill involves starting in a high crotch and moving at a low level without backing out to the opposite side of the body.
