Watch as Coach explains and demonstrates this mat return. He cautions to be aware that the opponent may attempt to put their hand back on the mat, so don't lock the hands until you feel them start to come up. It is important to cinch the hand to the hip that you want to lift, then step around so the feet are ninety degrees. Pop the hips and swing the opponent's feet out to the side and drive down with the hand that is around the hips.
