Watch as Coach explains the technique used to prevent giving up the arm against a four-point chop. The inside hand takes a walk and does not drop to the elbow. Keep the knees up and attack the foot grabbing it over the top and push back making the opponent lean back. Straighten your leg and grab the heel with your free hand then over top of the leg.
