Watch as Nathan Tomasello explains and demonstrates this elbow pass technique. The focus is to shove into the opponent and feel the pressure of a push back. You want to grab onto the triceps and step to the side with the back leg while shoving down and pushing the arm across. Keep the chin to the chest and circle to the side you stepped to and replace the head to the back of the opponent's shoulder. Once you attain that position you can shoot the high crotch or a single leg to the opposite side.
