Watch as Coach Dakota Bauer explains and demonstrates this crab ride defense. Most wrestlers in a crab position attack the hands but give up a wrist. Coach recommends not giving up the wrist but making it a foot fight by moving the feet to one side to get out of the opponent's lap. Use the inside hand to attach to the toe and pull it to your butt, and use the free hand to push the knee to the mat and jump out of the lap to the inside butt cheek. Coach will go into detail on the other options at this point.
