Watch as Coach Kevin Ward explains and demonstrates that to be successful in countering a single leg you must either attack the opponent's leg that is coming up or create an angle. With the angle, you must re-route the head to get to a position to score. When attacking the shot, you must level change and meet the back leg as it is coming up.
