Watch as Coach explains and demonstrates a basic leg lace. It important to have forward pressure, dropping the shoulder beneath the opponent's rear, getting off the knees, and pressing forward. Attach the hands above the opponent's knees and bring the elbows in, driving forward with the knees up. Use your knee like a shovel and bring the opponent's knees together, lace the legs, get to your hip, and finish the turn.
