Are You Humble Enough to Admit You Were Wrong? with Dr. Greg Dale – Duke Univ.

April 12, 2022 • By Intercollegiate Mens Lacrosse Coaches Association

Watch as Dr. Dale asks the question, "Are you humble enough to admit you are wrong?" Most coaches would answer yes to this question, but many have a hard time with it. Why? Undermining creditably for one, as coaches are supposed to be the experts. However, when it is appropriate to admit you made a mistake, you set a positive example for your players and your credibility will go up.
