Allow Your Assistants to Grow with Chris Bono – Univ. of WI

October 13, 2020 • By Coaches Insider

Watch as Coach explains that he allows his assistants to make mistakes as long as it is not detrimental to the program. He gives his assistants a lot of responsibility because his coaches want to be head coaches and run their own programs. If you don't let them fail a little bit, they will never obtain the ability to lead others.
