Shoulder Strengthening Exercises with Erica Miller – Pope High School (GA)

Watch as Coach Erica Miller explains, and a player demonstrates various shoulder-strengthening exercises. There are four body positions, with multiple movements in each: lying flat on the ground, hands and knees, plank position, and standing band work.
