Watch as Coach discusses rhythm principles and the importance of playing hard and fast. Whether your team is in system or out of system, the most important thing is for your attackers to be in rhythm. There are so many variables to consider during a game such as being in system, out of system, or the number of passes, but studies show in-rhythm attacking leads to scoring.
