Watch as Becky Edwards explains that every day before a game, they have a 5-minute serving warmup focusing on different types of serves. After the warmup, it is time for pressure serving, in which all 14 players must make their serve; 3 of them must be jump serves, and 3 must be inside the 10-foot line. The team will decide what type of serve each player takes as they are called on to serve by the coach. The 2nd pressure serving drill is used at playoff time using the same formula as the first drill except with an added distraction.
