Watch as Coach Jon Binish explains, and players demonstrate this everyday pre-practice resistance band routine. Explain to your players the reasoning behind this routine, emphasizing that the focus is to improve shoulder health and movement patterns. Coach explains in detail the following:

  1. overhead stretch
  2. pull-apart with elbows in
  3. pull-apart with straight arms
  4. front deltoids
  5. kneeling internal-external rotations
